REFUND POLICY: There will be No Exchanges, No Credits, and No Refunds for any ticket issued and not used for any Performance. Cancellation of a ticket order and refund requests will be honored up to 48-hours prior to the start time of the scheduled performance. To request a refund or cancel a ticket order, contact the IBT Box Office using this email form. A $7 per ticket cancellation fee will be deducted from any fees paid and the balance refunded. Or you may request a “credit” for the total amount to be used for future ticket purchases from IBT. Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

CHANGING PERFORMANCE DATES: If you need to move your tickets to a different date than you originally booked them, contact IBT Box Office to make that request. Your original order will be cancelled, and you will be issued a “credit” for total amount so that you may rebook your tickets for a different performance. Changing Performance Date requests will be honored up to 72-hours prior to the start time of the scheduled performance.

Group Rate: Many IBT Performances offer a Group Rate. There is a minimum purchase of 15 tickets for a single performance. Valid for for Reserved Seating Gen Adm and Youth priced tickets only. Seating is based on availability at time of purchase. There is no guarantee that all seats will be together. Group Rate Requests must be submitted to the Box Office. Group Rate purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to a different date.
